To ensure you have a full copy of your Active Duty Service Treatment Record after retirement or separation, we advise returning to the ROI with your initially copied record for updates.
If you are an active duty member in/out-processing TAMC, you should visit the Outpatient Medical Records service desk located on the Mountainside Entrance of the hospital.
