If you are a military member in need of multiple CACs, contact MPS Customer Support at 253-982-9967 or email for assistance. You will need to provide two forms of identification per AFI 36-3026I/AR 600-8-14, and the CACs will be issued at the McChord Field gate. If your CAC has been lost or stolen, you will need to present documentation from the local security office or CAC sponsor confirming that the CAC has been reported lost or stolen. You can also use the RAPIDS self-service website to digitally sign and save a DD Form 1172-2 for your family members’ records. To add a spouse or child to your DEERS record, you will need to provide the required documentation, which can be found on the RAPIDS website. If your dependent is a full-time student age 21-23, they will need to provide a verification letter from the school registrar certifying enrollment in a full-time course of study leading to an associate degree or higher, and anticipated graduation date.
