The Military Knowledge class provides information on how to live in the military community. Topics covered include acronyms, how the chain of command works, etc.
Leadership Professional Development classes provide tips on how to improve your leadership skills and communicate effectively during group discussions or meetings.
The Leadership Professional Development class provides information about different leadership styles, managing conflict within a group, and being an effective coach or mentor.
The AFTB program offers a broad range of training opportunities to help military families transition into the civilian job market. Classes are available on-line, face-to-face, or through self-paced modules. There is no need to complete the courses in any particular order and you can take the courses as often as you like. The program is available to all military family members worldwide.
