Military members who need to renew their ID cards or CACs will have to wait a while, as appointments are necessary and same-day service is not available. In addition, there are several other things you need to keep in mind:
-You cannot renew your ID card more than 90 days before it expires
-Our office ONLY issues ID’s for Service Members(including National Guard/Reserve), Retired Service Members and their dependents, Sponsor Appointed Agent ID’s, DoD Civilian, DoD CIV Retired, DoD Contractor EMPLOYEE’s ONLY.
-If you arrive 5 minutes after your appointment time, you will be considered as a walk-in customer.
-All ID cards are the property of the United States Government and holders are required to safeguard their ID Card at all times.
