Daniel Kissinger the co-founder, president and CEO of MilitaryAvenue.com, comes from a military family and is also an accomplished Internet entrepreneur. With his father in the Air Force, Dan packed his belongings, made friends and learned the ins and outs of world travel. Daniel recognized the need for more communication on military moving and the flow of information that is readily available via the internet. Making that avenue of information an integral part of thousands of military families moves scored big once already for Dan with the creation of a military relocation site. In 1998, Dan founded the Internet’s first relocation web site for military personnel. Primedia, one of the world’s largest media companies, acquired the business in 2001. Dan continued working with Primedia until 2003.
