Is there any assistance or organizations that can help disabled veterans with repairs on an existing VA financed home? The home is located in NC and desperately needs electrical and cosmetic repairs. The veteran in question is retired and not well. He's partial disabled but not 100% I beleve. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
